Domain Air partners with various courier service providers to deliver airconditioner products Australia-wide. All transported items use computerized tracking technology and receive a computer generated consignment note associated
with each individual delivery (eg. C9146666). All orders have a tracking number, you're welcome to contact us and we can provide you with your tracking details. Alternatively, a phone number for the carrier will be provided, and the consignment number is given to the friendly customer service operator to track your precious delivery.
The transit time for your delivery depends mostly on the distance from our Melbourne distribution centre and the delivery destination usually ranging from 1-10 working days. The delivery service provided will be standard ground, therefore if you require special instructions to be carried out, you may need to upgrade your delivery service. Customers are required to leave their daytime contact phone number as the courier company may need to contact the customer before delivery to arrange a time. The transport companies used generally deliver in the mornings. Detailed information of the delivery can be obtained through your tracking information sheet which can be provided once the order has been dispatched. The customer is required to sign for their
air conditioner and must be at the delivery address to receive the goods anytime between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday unless instructions have been given by the customer to leave the goods at the destination. The customer should also be familiar with how many boxes should be
received. Please note: redelivery fee may be charged to the customer.

Unless notified by the customer, Domain Air will not know if you have missing
stock, we welcome any concerns you may have and will endeavor to correct any peculiar situations in a rapid and courteous manner.
