For customers living in Victoria or keen people from other states of Australia, you are welcome to visit our distribution centre in Knoxfield to collect your air conditioner which you have purchased. The warehouse is not always attended by the sales staff, so an appointment is recommended when collecting your unit.

You can make an appointment by emailing sales@domainair.com.au, or the by phone 03-9763-8988 and speaking with our friendly sales staff. Customer pickups are welcome between 9:30AM-5:30PM Monday to Friday. Customers are encouraged to call before coming to pick up to ensure the sales staff have processed their order and the goods are ready for collection.

Not all cars will fit most air conditioners, make sure you familiarise yourself with the packing dimensions of the unit you have purchased. A trailor may be more suitable, especially with the larger split system units (2.5HP and above). Portable air conditioners will fit in most modern standard sedans and hatchbacks, laying across the back seat of the car. Keep this in mind when organising a pickup of your air conditioner.
