Guidelines

1. An electrical module box is required wherever there is a fuse board, an older style circuit breaker board or where the switch board is full.
2. A 900mm side clearance is required from all gas services.
3. An internal wall installation is where the indoor unit is installed on a wall where both sides of the wall are indoors. An external wall installation is where the indoor unit is installed on a wall where one side of the wall is indoors and the other side of the wall is outdoors.
4. Please ensure the outdoor unit/s will have sufficient clearance from any fences. If a fence is close to a proposed installation site you may need to consider placing the outdoor unit on brackets to discharge the air above the fence.
5. Domain Air does not perform installations.
6. Domain Air will provide your information to independent installation service providers who will provide you with an installation quote.
7. Domain Air will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the recommended installation service providers are of the highest standard however, Domain Air will not accept any liability whatsoever.
